This beautiful rosewood finished box is embellished with an antique gold latch on the front, and bright gold hinges at the back. The box holds 32 standard chess pieces, 16 in blonde wood, and 16 in stained brown wood. The pieces all have felt bottoms, and are held securely in place at the bottom of the box by a molded black foam, and a soft charcoal foam insert in the lid.
